By far exceeded our expectations when ordering such a large, bespoke product remotely. Alex went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect - triple checking measurements, sending drawings and keeping in constant communication. All timings were clear and at every stage from firstly enquiring, requesting samples, the build and delivery process was so smooth - Alex even rang after delivery to check everything was okay and provided pictures and videos of the simple set up. Fantastic company, making beautiful furniture! I recently stumbled across them on eBay whilst looking to have a custom made bench manufactured for our house. From finding them on eBay I was directed to their Instagram page and really liked some of the things they made. After some messages I went to their showroom with some sketched and dimensions and even though they didn't manufacture a bench how I wanted it, they was able to make it exactly how I wanted it. Alex and Pawel made everything so easy and nothing seemed too much trouble. The skills contained within this company are amazing and the furniture they have made for us is beautiful. I can't recommend this company enough! From start to finish this company have been great. Alex's customer service was great, she came back to queries quickly and explained things thoroughly. The whole process from first contact to receiving my order was seamless and alot quicker than I thought, which was great! I ordered a backed corner seat and a matching backless bench, both with storage, the quality of the benches and their build is fantastic.
